States for which the credit applies (example. GA is Georgia)
OD = Optometrist
OPT = Optician
CEB = CE Broker
CEE/TQ = Continuing Education with Transcript Quality Examination
COPE = Credits apply toward ARBO. Each may have a different Category attached (example: COPE-GO is General Optometry)
