We can easily get set in our ways and systems that have worked for us in our practices and not be aware of how important it is to stay on top of change. Whether that is in dealing with our younger staff or dealing with our younger patients. If we keep our head in the sand and not recognize the wants and needs of our younger generations we will become irrelevant to them.
Learning Objectives:
Upon conclusion of this activity, attendees will be able to:
Identify how the Millennials and the Gen Z’s are different in their wants and needs from our practice
Discover small changes that can be made within your practice to promote success with keeping our younger workforce happy and engaged
Create new strategies and processes that will help you be successful in your customer service with younger patients
