The cost of low engagement in healthcare is a prevalent issue. Research shows that only 23% of people are highly engaged in their work, 59% are quietly quitting and 18% are actively disengaged. For any practice, this affects many aspects, including the bottom line. Leaders should not only understand why, but more importantly what to do about it.
