This interactive course is designed to equip optometrists with the knowledge and practical skills needed to effectively overcome language barriers when interacting with patients who speak a different language. Language barriers can hinder patient-provider communication, impact patient care, and reduce patient satisfaction. This course will explore evidence-based facts, share clinical pearls, and provide guidelines and tips for optometrists to bridge these gaps successfully.
