This course is meant to help with the theory of use with the Lensometer. There will not be any hand-on. It will help supplement the workshop courses being offered.
Learning Objectives:
Upon conclusion of this activity, attendees will be able to:
Define the Parts of a Lensometer
Understand where to check the power on various style of lenses
Identify what the mires should look like
Understand basic prism in the lens
Become familiar with ANSI standards
