Dr. Arkadiy Yadgarov is a board-certified ophthalmologist who graduated summa cum laude from Georgia Tech, and received his MD degree from the Medical College of Georgia. He completed his ophthalmology residency at the Institute of Ophthalmology and Visual Science of Rutgers University in New Jersey. His academic scores ranked in the top one percent nationally during residency. He was also honored with the Alfonse A. Cinotti M.D. award for academic and professional excellence. Dr. Yadgarov then completed his glaucoma fellowship at the New York Eye and Ear Infirmary. Dr. Yadgarov is currently in private practice with Omni Eye Services in Atlanta, GA. He performs cataract surgery and provides comprehensive glaucoma care with a special interest in minimally invasive glaucoma surgery. He participates as a principal investigator in various clinical trials. He is a member of the American Academy of Ophthalmology and the American Glaucoma Society. His hobbies include hiking, reading non-fiction, and spending time with his wife and four children.
